The programme is implemented by municipal bodies through Community Development Societies.
Under this programme till date a total of Rs. 217.49 lakhs mandays have been generated and a total sum of Rs. 419.58 crores was released to ULBs and out of that Rs. 271.86 crores has been utilised. NSDP fund released and utilised during the year 2001-2005.
